Downtown San Diego Wedding

When two of my great friends make a quick visit to San Diego to get married and ask me to photograph it, of course I am there. The Downtown San Diego Clerks Office is located right on the harbor making it a beautiful place for some wedding photos. Giant windows with dark grainy edits have been something I have been obsessing over lately. After the ceremony we headed outside to a beautiful garden to snap some post wedding photos of the beautiful couple.

An Oceanside Wedding Celebration

This was one of my most favorite experiences, my first wedding. I absolutely loved the opportunity because it was such a great learning experience. The room was filled with so much love and happiness as the bride and groom celebrated with their closest family and friends.

Oceanside Beach Holiday Photos

The holidays are my favorite time of the year and in San Diego we are lucky enough to be able to spend them on the beach! Around this time last year I spent one evening on the beach with some family and snapped some pics!

La Jolla Beach

A while ago, I was able to shoot this adorable couple at La Jolla beach before they headed back to their home town in Missouri.  We shot all over the place, but this couple tough it out with me as we snuck on to a closed off part of the beach so we could get some really awesome shots. We also ventured on to some of the cliffs to get some amazing shots. Luckily it was low tide so the waves didn't crash up over us (that would have made for some story). This will always be one of my favorite spots in San Diego.

Welcome Baby Levi

After 24 hours of hospital hangs, baby levi made his appearance. Of course this was about a year ago, but I couldn't help but share this since this was one of my most memorable photography experiences. I photographed their announcements as well as maternity photos earlier on, and now that it has been about a year I have also taken some photos of the almost one year old Levi!

2014 Holiday Photos

Last year was the year I really started getting into portrait photography, so naturally I used my family as guinea pigs. I have seen my art grow so much these past few years and I am constantly inspired by other photographers. I was so excited to be able to take some holiday photos for this family because they were so easy to photograph, not to mention adorable. I haven't been behind the camera in a while just because school has consumed my life, but I am hoping as the holidays near, I will be able to get back behind the camera!
