Milwaukee Wisconsin Wedding

Yes, they did have a donut bar in lieu of cake and I was in heaven!!

You can always find me on the dance floor (even if my dance moves suck lol). Also please observe my good of a husband in the background and his hysterical dance moves/face.

Queue the poor quality phone pics
Even though these are dark, the deck of the Veterans museum had the most amazing views of the lake and the city. I just about froze to death because I didn't want to leave the deck while it was like 37 degrees out and I was in a tiny dress. Oops.

Pre wedding dancing sweat makeup pic lol.

This is a pic I snapped at The Brewhouse Inn which was an old brewery that was turned into a hotel but the parts of the brewery were preserved and were made part of the hotel. (I thought it was cool).

Happy Wednesday everyone!! December has been such a busy month for me (and I am sure all of you can relate). Like how are there only four more days until Christmas?! What. I have been spending tons of time with family and just trying to catch up on miscellaneous work. This holiday season I will be headed back down to San Diego to hang with my side of the fam. I am so stoked because we live on the coolest street that goes all out with Christmas lights. It is definitely my favorite part of the season. Plus getting to see some old friends will be really great! Do you guys have any travel plans for the holidays?

Anyways, I travelled to Milwaukee WI last month and this was my first time ever there. We headed out there for my brother in laws wedding and it was so much fun! Being from Southern California I was really worried about how different the midwest was going to be, but I actually fell in love with it. We were only there for a few days, but we got to explore some really cool parts of the city. I didn't take as many pictures as I would have liked because my dumbass (excuse my language) left the camera sitting on the counter at home. So all of these pictures are from the wedding night. It was held at the Milwaukee County War Memorial Center and it was such a beautiful location. It was right on the lake shore and looked out to the city. I will definitely be heading back! Anyone here from Wisconsin and have any places to visit there? I'd love to hear your suggestions!

Gift Guide for Him

ForHim

I honestly cannot believe how quickly Christmas has snuck up. Only ten days away?! Not to mention, I haven't even started shopping for gifts (oops). Luckily, Nordstrom's has the feature where you can shop online and search for the item in a nearby store. With only ten days left before Christmas, I am not to sure if online gifts will get here in time unless I pay 5 million dollars in shipping (which I don't want to do). But anyways, yesterday I started doing some online shopping to find some good gifts for my husband and dad and put together a simple little gift guide for "him". Honestly, I am pretty sure my go to gift for Evan is a nice watch and cologne. Other than that he is really happy with anything to do with baseball, the movies, and the gun range. My brothers love anything video game related and my dad will do any sort of work out gear. What gifts are you ladies getting the men in your life? I'd love some more ideas!
